Water Tribunal Rules (Notice No. 926 of 2005).

These Rules, made under the National Water Act by the Chairperson of the Water Tribunal and approved by the Minister of Water Affairs and Forestry, set out procedural requirements for appeals lodged with the Water Tribunal in terms of section 148(1) of the Act.
The Rules also: grant powers to the Tribunal of inspection in-loco and to subpoena; and define the offence of contempt of Court.
