Agricultural Credits (Appointment of Authorised Agency) Order, 2014 (S.I. No. 59 of 2014).

This Order, made by the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock under section 6 of the Agricultural Credits Act, 2010, appoints a company as the authorised agency for purpose of section 6 of the Act. Section 6 concerns notices of agricultural charge.
