Agriculture (Farm Feed) Regulations (Cap. 226).

These Regulations shall apply in relation to any farm feed as defined in section two of the Agriculture (fertilizers and Feed) Act.
The 22 regulations are divided into 6 Parts: Preliminary (I); Registration (II); Analysis and laboratories (III); Searches and seizures (IV); Sale of farm feed (V); Sampling, analysis and limits of variation (VI).
Applications under Part II of the Act for registration, transfer of registration or renewal of registration of plant shall be made in Form in the First Schedule to the Agriculture (fertilizers) Regulations, 1969. The Registering Officer shall issue a certificate of registration. The Registering Officer shall keep a register of plant as prescribed. Regulation 7 provides for approval of analysts for purposes of the Act, whereas regulation 8 provides for approval of laboratories. No class of farm feed shall contain any of the ingredients listed as deleterious in the Fourth Schedule to these Regulations (reg. 16). Regulation 17 concerns declaration of ingredients of farm feed at the moment of sale.
