Animal Health (Bee Keeping) Regulations, 2020 (S.I. No.94 of 2020).

These Regulations consisting of 13 articles aims at regulating permits (i) beekeeping farming; (ii) bee enterprises; and (iii) permits for the import or export of honey, bee, or a hive product or to operate a beekeeping farm or enterprise, for sale. In particular, they regulate procedures, forms, conditions, and fees for (i) permits to import or export honey, a bee, or a hive product for purpose of sale; (ii) operating a bee-keeping farm or enterprise for sale. The application can be rejected when it does not meet the requirements of the Act. The permits under these Regulations can be also amended, duplicated, suspended, revoked. In the Annexes are attached all the forms for the different applications.
