Abstract
This Act amends the Business Regulatory Act by the repeal of Parts III, IV and V and the substitution therefor of new Schedules. Those Parts concern, among other things the establishment and functioning of the Business Regulatory Review Agency and appeal to the Minister against a decision of the Agency.
