Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Commerce) Regulations (Cap. 421).

This Order empowers the Minister to make Statutory Orders prohibiting, restricting or otherwise controlling: (a) the import into Zambia of any goods which are not the product or manufacture of Zambia; or (b) the export from Zambia of any goods. He or she may also prescribe the terms and conditions subject to which controlled goods or any class of such goods may be imported into or exported from Zambia and may issue licences authorizing the import into or the export from Zambia of any controlled goods.
