Customs and Excise (Aquaculture) (Suspension) Regulations, No. 60 of 2020

These Regulations are made in accordance with the Customs and Excise Act. The Regulations set out certain goods and items relevant in the field of aquaculture and declare these items free from customs and excise duties, provided that the importer holds an aquaculture licence.
