Abstract
These Regulations amend the Environmental Protection and Pollution Control (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations by revoking regulation 24 and by making minor consequential amendments to regulations 33, 34 and 36. Regulation 24 concerned the appeal against a decision of the Environment Council by any aggrieved party.
