Abstract
These Regulations amend the Lands and Deeds Registry Regulations in the First Schedule with respect to fees for categories of deeds such as assignments, transfers or similar documents, and mortgages, debentures, (agricultural or further) charges, guarantees, covenants, floating charges and similar documents.
