Abstract
These Regulations amend the Lands (Customary Tenure) (Conversion) Regulations, 1996 by inserting a new section (5) which stipulates that a person who converts land from customary tenure to leasehold tenure shall pay the lease charges specified in the Lands (Ground Rent, Fees and Charges) Regulations, 2006.
