Local Government (Street Vending and Nuisances) (Amendment) Regulations (S.I. No. 10 of 2018).

These Regulations amend the Local Government (Street Vending and Nuisances) Regulations by the deletion of the First Schedule and the substitution therefor of the Schedule set out in the Appendix. Any person who does any act specified in the First Schedule shall be guilty of an offence and shall, in respect of that offence, be liable, on conviction, to a fine set out in that Schedule.
