Abstract
For the purpose of giving full and complete effect to two Agreements between the Republic and private mining companies for the acquisition of interests by the Republic in mining operations: the Minister, in the name of the Republic, undertake financial arrangements specified in section 4 and may undertake such other obligations as he may deem necessary or expedient in relation or pursuant to those Agreements or either of them or the implementation thereof or any guarantee given under that section. Other provisions of this Act concern vesting of assets, exemption from taxes and application of the Act.
