Mines and Minerals Development (Mining Rights and Non-Mining Rights) Order, 2010 (S.I. No. 100 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the Mines and Minerals Development Act, 2008 in paragraph 2 of the Second Schedule. Paragraph 2 requires the holder of a mining right or a non-mining right to apply within a period of one year from the commencement of the principle Act, for a mining right or non-mining right in accordance with the Act.
