Plant Variety and Seeds (Amendment) Regulations (S.I. No. 108 of 1997).

These Regulations amend the Plant Varieties and Seeds Regulations by replacing the Sixth Schedule to those Regulations. The Sixth Schedule lists prescribed fees for a variety of services such as registration as a seed grower, granting of licences, testing of seed, variety testing and registration, issuing of certificates and training.
