Abstract
These Regulations, made under the Public Health Act, prescribe rules for, among other things, the handling and storage of ice-cream, standards and quality of ice-cream, the registration of premises where ice-cream is manufactured, stored or sold, inspection and hygienic conditions regarding ice-cream. They also prohibit the sale of adulterated ice-cream. Every manufacturer or dealer in ice-cream or water ices shall upon the occurrence of any milk-borne disease forthwith give notice thereof to the Medical Officer of Health or the Local Authority. The Regulations shall apply in such (parts of) Districts as the Minister may declare by Statutory Notice.
