Abstract
This Act, comprising 2 sections, amends Section 7 the original text to revise the membership by replacing paragraphs (c) and (d) with provisions appointing two Ministers whose portfolios are relevant to public-private partnerships and five private-sector experts with proven PPP knowledge and experience.
