Abstract
This Act amends the Public Private Partnership Act, 2009 in provisions concerning, among other things - the establishment and functioning of the Public-Private Partnership Department and the Public-Private Partnership Technical Committee; the functions of the Public-Private Partnership Council; the procedures for the valuation of proposals for a Public Private Partnership.
