Subordinate Courts (Amendment) Act (No. 4 of 2018).

This Act amends the Subordinate Courts Act in provisions concerning the administration and proceedings of a Subordinate Court of the first class, the jurisdiction of a Subordinate Court of the first class, and jurisdiction of a Subordinate Court of the second class. As for jurisdiction of a Subordinate Court of the first class, this concerns also hearing and determining any action for the recovery for land in possession or held in lease.
