Water Resources Management (Charges and Fees) Regulations, 2018 (S.I. No. 18 of 2018).

These Regulations, made under sections 7, 150, 151,152 and 153 of the Water Resources Management Act, 2011, set out in the Schedule fees charges for applications made under the Act. Some fees also concern charges for registration of a right or water abstraction. Minor charges are to be paid by owners for abstraction of water from dams for agricultural purposes and for community projects.
