Water Supply and Sanitation (Transfer of Property) Order, 2017 (No. 8 of 2017).

These Regulations, made by the Minister of Local Government and Housing, requires properties listed in the Schedule to be transferred on the publication of this Order from the local authorities specified in the Schedule to the utilities set out in the Schedule. Any obligations, liabilities or legal proceedings in respect of any obligations, liabilities or proceedings vested in, incurred, suffered by or sustained against any local authorities shall subsist or be continued against the respective local authorities.
