Abstract
These Regulations of the Minister of Agriculture, Mechanisation and Irrigation Development, made under sections 45 and 50 of the Agricultural Marketing Authority Act, requires every company that is or intends to be in the business of buying and contracting agricultural products to- (a) register with the Authority, and (b) submit periodic returns to the Authority on products bought or processed by such company; and (c) keep records of products bought by the company and such records shall be produced for the inspection at the request of an inspector of the Authority.
