Assignment of Functions (Minister of Energy and Power Development) Notice, 2018 (S.I. 98 of 2018).

This Notice of the President assigns to the Minister of Energy and Power Development - (a) the administration of the Acts set out in the Schedule, and (b) the functions conferred or imposed on the Minister save to the extent that those functions have not been assigned to some other Minister. The list of Acts of the Schedule includes, amongst others, the Zambezi River Authority Act, the Rural Electrification Fund Act, and the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority Act.
