This Notice assigns to the Minister of Environment, Tourism and Hospitality Industry the administration of the Acts set out in the schedule, including the Atmosphere Pollution Prevention Act, the Communal Land Forest Produce Act, the Environmental Management Act, the Forest Act, the Parks and Wildlife Act and Protection of Wild Life (Indemnity) Act among others.
