Assignment of Functions (Minister of Environment, Water and Climate) Notice, 2018 (S.I. 99 of 2018).

This Notice of the President assigns to the Minister of Environment, Water and Climate - (a) the administration of the Acts set out in the Schedule; and (b) the functions conferred or imposed on the Minister save to the extent that those functions have not been assigned to some other Minister. The list of Scheduled Acts includes , among other things, the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act, the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act, the Communal Land Forest Produce Act, the Environmental Management Act, the Forest Act, the National Trust Act, the Natural Resources Act, the Parks and Wild Life Act, the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, the Protection of Wild Life (Indemnity) Act, the Water Act and the Zimbabwe National Water Authority Act.
