Assignment of Functions (Minister of Health and Child Care) Notice, 2014 (S.I. 27 of 2014).

This Notice of the President assigns to the Minister of Health and Child Care - (a) the administration of the Acts set out in the Schedule; and (b) the functions conferred or imposed on the Minister save to the extent that those functions have not been assigned to some other Minister. The list of Scheduled Acts includes the Food and Food Standards Act, the Public Health Act and the Hazardous Substances and Articles Act.
