Assignment of Functions (Minister of Mines and Mining Development) Notice, 2018 (S.I. 230 of 2018).

This Notice of the President assigns to the Minister of Mines and Mining Development - (a) the administration of the Acts set out in the Schedule; and (b) the functions conferred or imposed on the Minister save to the extent that those functions have not been assigned to some other Minister. The list of Scheduled Acts includes, among other things, the Mines and Minerals Act.
