Assignment of Functions (Vice-President and Minister responsible for the Ministry of Defence and War Veterans Affairs) Notice, 2018 (S.I. 96 of 2018).

This Notice of the President assigns to the Vice-President (a) the administration of the Acts set out in the Schedule; and (b) the functions conferred or imposed on the Minister save to the extent that those functions have not been assigned to some other Minister. The list of Scheduled Acts includes , among other things, the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act.
