Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) Order, 2007.

This Order, based on the terms of the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) Regulations (2007), sets enforcement and implementing rules as for the purpose of control of import and export of specific good, as listed in the text (see first schedule in relation to sections 2 and 4, listing goods for the import of which a permit is required; second schedule in relation to sections 3 and 4, listing goods for the export of which a permit is required).
