Abstract
These Regulations are made in terms of section 6 of the Dangerous Drugs Act [Chapter 15:02] to amend the Dangerous Drugs Regulations, 1975 (principal Regulations). The principal Regulations are amended to add a new section 19A relating to palliative care nurses.
