Deeds Registries Regulations, 2018 (SI No. 236 of 2018).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Deeds Registries Act with respect to the following matters: document to be submitted to the Registry, prescribed forms, acceptance of power of attorney, appeals from decisions of the Registrar, and documents concerning specific deeds such as mortgage bonds, partnerships, land sold in execution, servitude lease and subdivision of land.
