Abstract
This amendment comprising 3 Articles modifies Section 60 of tho original text by (i) increasing the minimum imprisonment penalties for violations related to the transportation of materials connected to electricity generation and distribution; (ii) introducing more severe penalties for offenses related to the transportation of materials used in electricity, while also allowing for the consideration of special circumstances in sentencing.
