Food and Food Standards (Advisory Board) Regulations, 1995 (S.I. No. 322 of 1995).

These Regulations concern various matters relative to the Food Standards Advisory Board established in terms of section 18A of the Food and Food Standards Act (Cap. 321). Regulation 3 provides for vacation of office by a member of the Board. Regulation 4 regulates meetings of the Board. There shall be an executive committee of the Board and the Board may establish such other committees as it deems necessary (regulations 5 and 6).
