Forest–Based Land Reform Policy.

This document is a policy framework for implementing a forest-based land reform with emphasis on exotic timber plantations and demarcated indigenous forests. The policy lays down objectives and policy thrusts in respect of exotic timber plantations and demarcated indigenous forests. This includes continued existence, growth and maintenance of the plantations and indigenous forests. The objectives also mention implementation of appropriate institutional arrangements for the proposed reforms.
