Abstract
This document outlines regulations for the control and sale of wheat and barley in Zimbabwe. They are additional to any contractual obligations agreed to by a contract farmer and to the extent of any inconsistency with the contracted obligations, these regulations shall prevail. It includes sections on definitions, control measures, sale and delivery requirements, acquisition and disposal, and powers of enforcement. Wheat and barley are designated as controlled produce within all provinces of Zimbabwe (under section 29 of the Act), with specific rules governing their sale, acquisition, and export. The document details the powers of police officers and authorized persons to enforce these regulations and the penalties for unlawful sale, purchase, or possession of wheat and barley.
