Guidelines for Licensing of Premises and Persons.

These Guidelines by the Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe (Authority) provide for the information on procedure to obtain licences and permits for premises and persons and are applicable to manufacturers, pharmacies, industrial clinics and dispensing medical practitioners. They contain the requirements for issuing licences to a person, duration of such licences, renewal and other conditions in respect of such licences and permits. The scenarios in which any licence or permit can be cancelled or suspended are also provided.
