Abstract
This Act makes provision for the control on the use, sale, supply, possession, custody and drinking of harmful liquids specified in the Schedule to this Act or any liquid which, even though called by another name, is substantially similar to a liquid named in the Schedule.
No person shall, without lawful excuse, manufacture, supply, possess, store, drink or use any harmful liquid. The Act formulates other offences in relation with harmful liquids. The Minister shall insert a substance as harmful liquid only if he or she is satisfied that consumption of the liquid would be prejudicial to the health and well-being of the people of Zimbabwe.
