Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment of the Zimbabwe Development bank, defines powers and functions of the Bank and provides for the organization and financing of the Bank.
The Bank shall be a body corporate managed by a Board of Directors. The principal function of the Bank shall be to mobilize financial resources for development projects to be carried out in Zimbabwe.
