Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the Medicines and Allied Substances Control Act. Registered medicines may only be imported under a permit issued by the Director-general of the Medicines Control Authority and only appointed authorized importers or exporters may import or export registered medicines. In addition to such terms and conditions as may be fixed in a permit to import or export any medicine, the importer or the exporter of any medicine shall comply with the conditions set out in these Regulations.
