Abstract
These Regulations are made in terms of the Medicines and Allied Substances Control Act [Chapter 15:03] to amend the Medicines and Allied Substances Control (Import and Export of Precursors and Certain Chemical Substances) Regulations, 2008 (principal Regulations). The Third Schedule to the principal regulations relating to the fees of applications for import and export permit is repealed and substituted.
