Abstract
This Act amends certain sections of Microfinance Act [Chapter 24:30]. Some of the amendments include the establishment of the Microfinance Advisory Council, and the constitution of the Council; the functions of the Registrar; period of registration; renewal of registration; among others. The Act also repeals several sections of the original Act.
