Abstract
This Act provides for the suppression and punishment of certain offences including causing harm to animals and other offences relating to the handling and slaughtering of animals, cutting down, removal, destroying or injuring any wood, tree or shrub without the permission of the owner or occupier of the land or the permission of the appropriate authority.
