Abstract
It shall be the duty of every person responsible under this Act to clear or cause to be cleared any noxious weeeds growing or occuring on the land for which he is responsible and to report on such weeds to the weeds inspector (sect. 3). The weeds inspector may enter upon land for the purpose of ascertaining if noxious wweds are growing thereon (sect. 4) and may serve notices on persons responsible for the land to clear such noxious weeds requiring to clear the land (sect. 5). A penalty is prescribed for non-compliance with such notice (sect. 7). The weeds inspector may have the land cleared on the expense of the person responsible for the land (sect. 8). Noxious wweds shall not be placed in any watercourse (sect. 10) and the weeds inspector may take samples of grain offered for sale in order to control such grain on plants or seed which are likely to propagate noxious weeds (sect. 11).
