Abstract
These Regulations provide rules relative to the registration, approval, labelling and packaging of pesticides. They also concern importation of (experimental) pesticides and provide for appeal against decisions regarding registration of pesticides.
No pesticide may be sold unless it is registered in terms of these Regulations and importation of pesticides requires the consent of a registering officer.
