Presidential Powers (Temporary Measures) (Amendment of Grain Marketing Act) Regulations, 2012 (S.I. 125 of 2012).

These Regulations amend the Grain Marketing Act by inserting a section after section 36. Section 36A concerns legal proceedings against the Board of the Authority:" (1) The State Liabilities Act [Chapter 22:13] applies with necessary changes to legal proceedings against the Board, including the substitution of references therein to a Minister by references to the Minister to whom the Grain Marketing Act is assigned.".
