Public Entities Corporate Governance (General) Regulations (S.I. No. 168 of 2018).

These Regulations of the Minister of Finance and Economic Development concern the governance of Public Entities Corporate. The rules concern (appointment of) board members, dismissal of chief executive officers, various committees and power of boards to appoint other committees, and annual general meetings of public entities, objections to instructions from ministers, exemptions from provisions of Public Entities Corporate Governance Act.
