Abstract
These Regulations are made by the Minister of Health and Child Care in accordance with the Public Health Act [Chapter 15:17]. It specifically amends section 8 of the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) Regulations dealing with Ministerial Orders.
