Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) (Amendment) Order, No. 13 of 2020

This Order is made by the Minister of Health and Child Care in accordance with the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) Regulations, 2020. It amends the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) Order, 2020 by the repeal of certain sections and the introduction of certain restrictions on restaurants, hotels and the tourism sector. These include requirements for hotels to have rooms in the premises for isolating individuals who display symptoms of COVID-19 disease, the requirement for the wearing of face masks and observation of the social distance rules during hunting safaris, etc.
