Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (General) (Amendment) Regulations, No. 2 of 2020

These Regulations are made by the Vice President in consultation with the Minister of Finance and Economic Development in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act [Chapter 22:23]. It amends the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (General) Regulations, 2018. It repealed the provisions on the financial thresholds and instituted new financial thresholds for certain procurement purposes.
