Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment of small courts and defines the jurisdiction of such courts. It also provides with respect to proceedings and execution of judgement. Courts are established for provinces. The area of jurisdiction of a small claims court shall be the province for which it is established. Small courts shall also have jurisdiction in some matters affecting immovable property.
