Abstract
This Act establishes the Tobacco Research Board as a body corporate. The Board direct, control and carry out tobacco research within Zimbabwe and, subject to the approval of the Minister, such tobacco research outside Zimbabwe as it considers expedient (sect. 4). Powers of the Board are set out in section 8. Section 9 concerns funds of the Board.
